2. IS THE MACA USED IN THE BOTANICA MACA ROOT CAPSULES GELATINIZED?
   Yes, our Maca capsules contain gelatinized maca.
3. WHAT KIND OF MACA ROOT IS BEING USED IN THE BOTANICA MACA ROOT CAPSULES?
   We mix all 3 colors of Maca (yellow, red and black) for our Maca root powder capsules, but use mostly yellow - the powder will be a beige-brown color.
4. WHERE IS MACA SOURCED AND HOW IS IT FARMED?
   Our Maca comes from Peru and is farmed the traditional way.
5. CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?
   Traditionally, Maca is part of the regular diet in the Andes. For maca supplements, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
6. ARE THERE ANY CONTRA-INDICATIONS TO USING THIS PRODUCT?
   Consult a health practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressants, blood thinners or if you have high blood pressure, if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
