Each Teaspoon (5mL) Contains:: Fresh Echinacea* (Echinacea purpurea) herb tincture (ratio 1:12)|1140mg equivalent to 95mg of dried herb* Root tincture (ratio 1:11)|60mg equivalent to 5.5mg of dried root* Fresh European Elderberry* (Sambucus nigra) Fruit extract (ratio 1.4:1)|1370mg equivalent to 1910mg of dried fruit* *Certified organically grown: Bio Suisse Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Sucrose , purified water , citric acid , medium chain triglycerides , modified corn starch , potassium sorbate.

Take 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily. Stir 1 teaspoon (5mL) into hot water and drink.
