Once an order has been placed, how long would it take to arrive?
If you are choosing Canada Post as your shipping option our system will automatically calculate the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive. Please note that there will be delay for shipment during public holidays and bad weather conditions.
If you are choosing Canada Post Xpresspost International as your shipping option for orders shipped outside of North America (excluding China), it will take approximately 7-14 business days.
For orders shipped to China using Nature's Essence private courier shipping option, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks (business days) and to Taiwan, it will take approximately 4-5 weeks (business days). Please note that there will also be delay for shipment during public holidays. All shipping options provided by Nature's Essence comes with a tracking number.
What is the currency displayed and charged at nehealth.ca?

What shipping method does Nature's Essence recommend?
We send all orders within North America via Canada Post. Orders within Canada are sent using Expedited service unless otherwise requested. Orders to US or International destinations (excluding China) are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost, which is a traceable service. Orders shipped to China are sent using our private courier.
How do you calculate the shipping charge?
All shipping charges are calculated automatically based on weight and size of the products you order.
Why is your shipping charge on the invoice different from the price shown on the box?
There are many reasons that influence our weight calculation. The product itself can weight differently from batch to batch, because of the slight change in packaging. Our weighing scale might have different tolerance or offset from the post offices. The shipping boxes that we use can also vary. In addition, Canada Post does change shipping charges with the fluctuation of the oil price. Therefore, we will not ask for an additional charge or give refund if the actual difference is within $3.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All our products except cosmetics are guaranteed for a shelf life of more than 1 year. In fact, most of our products have a shelf life of more than 2 years.
Is the online price different from the price in your retail stores?
We try to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. The online price generally the same as what we are offering at our retail stores. On occasion, retail store managers will make different offers to the customers according to the demographic location and the competition around them. In addition, we run retail store only promotions that are not available on the website. We also run online only promotions, that are not available in stores.

I have received an order process confirmation in the mail. Does that mean my order is on the way?
It depends on the methods of payment. For some payment, we need to wait until we actually receive your money. For others, like credit card, they will be processed right away. We will send a confirmation email once the products are shipped. During holiday season, orders may be delayed beyond shipping times.
