Nature’s Essence Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 10:00 am PST are generally processed on the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 10:00 am PST are generally processed by the next business day.

 

Shipping Method

We send all orders within North America via Canada Post. For orders within Canada you can select Regular Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority service. Orders to the United States are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA or Xpresspost USA. .

International shipments (excluding China) can be sent via Xpresspost International or private courier. Orders shipped to China are sent using our private courier. All shipping options include a tracking number.

Please note: Shipping charges can vary due to variations in weight calculation and fuel surcharge. All orders over $70 within Canada are shipped free of charge.

All US and International sales are final.

During the holiday season, please allow for additional time to ship.

We require signature to confirm delivery on all parcels shipped by Canada Post.

Shipment to other countries may generate customs duty, you are responsible for knowing your country’s regulation and pay the duty if it occurs.

 

Nature’s Essence Returns Policy

We guarantee you will be satisfied with all the natural health products we sell at Nature’s Essence. That is why we offer No-Hassle Returns!

If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your package and you will be issued a full refund. We promise, no worries, no hassle on returns to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

If your return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue the refund within 15 days.

Please note: All US and International Sales are Final.

We require a signature for all deliveries. If package is returned to us due to lack of signature your shipping fee cannot be refunded. If you want to send the package again, you will have to pay the shipping fee again.

You will be sent two order confirmation emails. The initial email notifies you that we have received your order and we have preauthorized your credit card. The second email will confirm shipment and your credit card is charged. You will only be charged once per order.

In Korea there is a limit of five bottles when you choose DHL for shipping. For other countries please check your import laws.

We are not responsible for orders rejected by Customs due to a particular countries import laws. You are responsible to understand how many items you can import. Any orders returned to us will not have shipping fees refunded.

We don’t compensate for glass bottles damaged.
