Directions
Adult Women (18 years and older) - Take 1 scoop per day in water or juice or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with meals. Ensure to drink optimal fluid before, during, and after exercise. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Contraindications
