Berberine
Berberine 4x contains 1,000 mg of Berberine per daily dose, which is clinically proven to support healthy blood glucose levels.5 Berberine helps the body to better respond to glucose by inducing insulin secretion, reducing insulin resistance, and improving insulin sensitivity in the liver, muscles and fat tissues.

Recommended Adult Dosage:
Adults 19 years and older: I capsule 4 times per day. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 3 months.
