Each 1mL (33 drops) Contains: Fresh organically grown* Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:10)|460mg equivalent to 46mg of dried root. Fresh organically grown Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:12)|460mg equivalent to 38.3mg dried strobile *Certified by: Bio Suisse Non-Medicinal Ingredient: 1mL of tincture contains 0.62mL alcohol (ethanol)
Take 2mL once at bedtime in a small amount of water. Salivate before swallowing. Cautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases.
