The foundation and most abundant ingredient in DHM Blend, which has been used in Asia for centuries. Dihydromyricetin is a natural extract that comes from Hovenia dulcis and Ampelopsis grossedentata, two plants that grow exclusively in Asia.

Dihydromyricetin (Ampelopsis grossedentata -leaf and stem/ feuille et tige)....500 mg,
L-Cysteine (Cysteine hydrochloride/chlorhydrate de cysteine).... 100 mg, 

Silybum marianum (Milk thistle - Fruit/ Fruit du Chardon-Marie)...80 mg, 

Opuntia ficus-indica (Prickly-pear - Fruit/ Fruit du Figue de Barbarie)...40 mg, 

Niacinamide (Niacinamide)...18 mg, 

Thiamine (Thiamine)...2 mg, 

Vitamin B6/La vitamine B6 (Pyridoxine)...2 mg, 

Vitamin B12/ La vitamine B12 (Cyanocobalamin/Cyanocobalamine)...40 mcg

Recommended dose (Adults):
One capsule one time per day. Take with water and do not take on an empty stomach.

1. Bring DHM Blend with you & take it during your evening, or before bed (not the next day).
