Suggested Use:

How long will the ESSIAC® Extract formula keep?
Unopened bottled ESSIAC® Extract formula will keep for approximately two years. Once the bottle has been opened, it will retain its potency and freshness for approximately 2 weeks.
Each Proprietary Blend Contains (2-4tsp/10-20ml):
Burdock, powdered (root) Sheep sorrel, powdered Slippery elm, powdered (bark) Indian rhubarb, powdered (root)
Shake before using
For adults, take 2 tsp (10ml) twice daily for daily use. Take: 3 tsp (15ml) three times daily for other health situations one hour before or after meals. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. SHAKE BEFORE USING AND REFRIDGERATE AFTER USE.
WARNING:
