Inadequate intake of water and fiber-rich foods, irregular eating pattern, stress and underlying diseases all contribute to a disrupted digestive system. When your digestive tract is not getting enough fluid and fiber to stimulate regular bowel movement, it results in constipation. Trophic Herbal Laxative is an effective laxative formulated for chronic constipation.
