Ginkgo biloba in European studies has shown to increase blood flow to the brain and extremities, helping to improve memory and mental sharpness. Ginkgo may be helpful for circulation problems, especially intermittent claudication, and vertigo and tinnitus, if it is of vascular origin.
Each Capsule contains:
Ginkgo biloba Standardized 50:1 Extract (leaf)|60 mg
Ginkgo flavone glycosides (24%)|14.4 mg
Terpene lactones (6%)|3.6 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Rice powder, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
1 capsule 3 times per day preferably with meals or as directed by a health professional.
* Ginkgo biloba extract is considered very safe; however, a small percentage of persons may experience mild stomach upset and headaches. As ginkgo markedly improves blood circulation, persons on blood thinning medication or who have blood clotting disorders, should check with a qualified health care practitioner before taking ginkgo.
