For all sub-populations: Shake bottle well before use.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.A measuring cup is provided.

Children age 1-3: Take 10 mL once daily with food or a meal.

Adults and Children age 4+: Take 10 mL twice daily with food or meals.

Storage: Store unopened bottle in a cool and dry place (5-25*C). To preserve the product and prevent fermentation, keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 4 weeks. Store upright.
