OPC's (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins) are a class of nutrients belonging to the flavonoid family that performs as free radical scavengers in the human body. OPC contains antioxidant protection based upon 50 years of research by Dr. Jack Masquelier and Berkem Laboratories in Southern France. The main ingredient, OPC's, extracted from grape seeds, provides superior antioxidant protection which is 50 times more powerful than vitamin E and 20 times more powerful than vitamin C. Pour a full teaspoon OPC-10; powder into a measuring cup. Fill it up with 2 OZ (60cc) of cold water. Then shake it well. As a loading supplement, take 2 cups per day for the first week. Thereafter take 1 cup per day as a maintenance supplement. Measuring cup and teaspoon are provided.
