Nature’s Harmony Stomach Ease is a natural laxative with diuretic effects that alleviates constipation safely. After ingestion, it encourages a muscle contraction that results in a bowel movement within 6 to 12 hours. Contains all natural ingredients and reduces body water retention. Ingredients are including senna leaves, cascara sagrada bark, licorice root and juniper berries. Easily absorbable and provides relief from constipation.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Corn starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sodium bicarbonate, oil of peppermint.

Take 2 tablets daily at bedtime. Promotes bowel movement in six to twelve hours. 

Warning & Considerations:

Do not use for more than a week at a time unless advised by a healthcare practitioner to alleviate occasional constipation.

Do not use for extended period of time, otherwise it may cause a dependence for a bowel movement.
